Fadhil started to work at WRI Indonesia as Air Quality Research Analyst. He is involved in Clean Air Catalyst (CAC) Project, the project that initiated by WRI collaborating with six additional partners. He is responsible for research or science-related activities for addressing air quality issue as well as delivering climate co-benefits. The research consists of source apportionment study, emission inventory development, personal exposure, and root-cause analysis of air pollution. He handles large-AQ data set both from CAC and partners instrument measurement.

Prior to WRI, he worked in Asia Pacific Air Quality Group (APAQ Group) as Indonesia Chief Representative Office, analyzing project leads and existing markets for identifying business opportunities, while maintaining the technical consultation and support for our existing clients. ), He was in involved in various projects on Air Quality Monitoring Station (AQMS) devices, from US-EPA reference method to indicative low-cost sensor instruments, mainly in national scale projects with government institution (BMKG, National Police) and private sector (ExxonMobil Indonesia, Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited, South Pacific Viscose, etc).

Funded by LPDP, he holds Master of Science in MSc. Air Pollution Management and Control, The University of Birmingham in 2018, where he has been various exposed to the knowledge of air quality monitoring system measurement methodology, implementation of pollutant's personal exposure for health and safety purposes, causes and effect of air pollution, the physical and chemical processes in the atmosphere influence the concentration of air pollutants, scientific principles underlying air quality management, and practice of engineering solutions to the control of gaseous and particulate discharges from pollutant sources. During his spare time, he loves watching movies and playing badminton while voluntarily joined in scholarship alumni communities.
