Paulista is a communication and development professional with a robust background in nonprofit organizations, the private sector, and academia. In WRI Indonesia, she leads the communication strategies for Climate, Cities, Energy, and Ocean initiatives.

Paulista holds a Master of Science in Social Development Practice from University College London, with the support of the Chevening global scholarship.

She enjoys reading, cooking, and taking long walks. She recommends everyone to read Italo Calvino's Invisible Cities at least once in their life.
