Sisca Gafri has experience in Grant and Contrat Management; Budgeting, Donor reporting from various Donor Institutions (such as EU, USAID, AUSAID, World Bank, British Embassy, ​​KfW, UNODC, Blue Ventures, etc.), Auditing, Policy compliance & Expenditures Analysis. Her first career in NGOs began in 2006 when earthquake hit Yogyakarya and Central Java as a Field Auditor at the British Red Cross.

Since then, Sisca has moved from humanitarian issues to issues of Good Governance, Human Rights, Gender and Anti-Corruption in Partnership for Governance Reform. For the last eight years, Sisca has focused more on environmental issues at WWF Indonesia (Jakarta, HO) as a Grant Specialist for Regional Papua and Regional Sumatra. Together with Conservation Indonesia (Indonesian Conservation Foundation/YKI) as Livelihood Coordinator for West Papua, Manokwari and working as Grant Coordinator for the Blue Carbon Program with the Pesisir Lestari Foundation.
