Tieke serves as the Head of Human Resources for WRI Indonesia with over 20 years of experience within international development and profit companies. She leads the HR function in Indonesia. This includes the effective development, implementation, and compliance of HR procedures and systems, developing HR strategies, and providing sound advice to senior management in all related HR subjects. Prior to joining WRI, Tieke served Coffey International Development, Save the Children UK and International, and Procter and Gamble (P&G) Indonesia as human resources persons and senior managers.

Working with different international organizations, Tieke has various experiences working on International Policy for Non-Government Organizations (NGO), USAID, DFAT, and multi-donor projects, as well as a profit company, experiences in multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams.

Tieke has deep experience in human resources strategy and management issues, government relations, and disaster risk reduction management, equipped with various specialties such as recruitment management, industrial relations, employee adviser, compensations and benefits, legal documents, and personnel budget.

Tieke holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Law and is an active member of International NGOs, the embassy, and the UN HR network in Indonesia. Outside working hours, Tieke practices urban farming and gardening at home; also a vivid performance art and design interior lover. Besides traveling, gardening, and yoga, reading books and literature are also part of Tieke’s hobbies.
