Ahmad Zuhdi joined WRI Indonesia in 2017 as Community Development and Smallholder Sustainability Officer. He plays a role in carrying out activities to increase and develop sustainable independent smallholders in oil palm commodities through the ISPO/RSPO certification scheme.

Prior to joining WRI Indonesia, he worked at PT. Big Tree Farms as Producer Development of coconut sugar with organic certification for farmers; areas of East Java, Central Java and the Special Region of Yogyakarta. He was involved in the development of sustainable coffee farmers in the 4C certification program in South Sumatra.

From 2004 to 2012 before being active in the private sector, he was active in various central government programs; The Forest and Land Rehabilitation Movement Program at the Ministry of Forestry, the Agricultural Extension Program at the BPSDM Ministry of Agriculture and the Head of the Assistance Team for the Undergraduate Program for Driving Development in Rural (SP3), Ministry of Youth and Sports, South Sumatra Province.
