Bianka is a HR Senior Lead for WRI Indonesia, she is supporting the Head of Human Resources to handle recruitment contracting, learning development, and every other human resource management aspect that comes in between. Graduated from Office Administration and Secretary, University of Indonesia in 2006, Bianka has focused her career on administration and secretarial work. Prior to joining WRI Indonesia Bianka worked for several institutions/companies from various industries, such as Singapore Airlines Ltd, Eijkman Institute for Molecular Biology, and PT. Cowell Development. Bianka enjoys spending her time listening to music, rewatching her favorite series 'The Big Bang Theory', playing with her daughter, and one thing’s for sure, she's not particularly interested in sports.
