Elisda works as a Project Operations Specialist at WRI Indonesia. In her role, she supports various aspects of project implementation from managing budgets and grants to handling financial and operational processes. She works closely with teams across programs, operations, regional offices, and even the global team in Washington, DC.

Before joining WRI, Elisda spent over 12 years working in finance, administration, and international grant project management. She has experience working as a consultant at the Ministry of Environment and Forestry as well as the Ministry of Finance, managing projects supported by international donors such as the International Tropical Timber Organization (Sanggau's Community Forests), World Bank (FCPF and GRiF), and Asian Development Bank (Forest Investment Program 1).

Elisda holds a Bachelor’s in forestry from IPB University. She’s also certified in Basic Financial Accounting by the Institute of Indonesia Chartered Accountants, and in procurement (Module 1) through a program by ADB and ITC ILO.

Outside of work, she enjoys getting in her 10,000 steps a day and occasionally unwinds by going to live music concerts.
