From Aceh to Papua, WRI Indonesia seeks to tackle pressing issues on sustainability by partnering with local governments, academics, civil societies, indigenous community, and other stakeholders. From the forests, cities, to the ocean, we are keen to preserve nature while combating climate change and enhancing people's well-being.
Since 2014, we have supported stakeholders in Sumatra, Bali, and Papua, with offices in Aceh, West Sumatra, Riau, South Sumatra, Papua, and West Papua, and a Project Management Office (PMO) in Bali.
Our regional approach enables to tailored science-based, sustainable solutions for each area, making our efforts more diverse and inclusive.
