Fajri is a Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (PMEL) Coordinator at WRI Indonesia, where he designs and implements PMEL systems for projects focused on sustainable farming and clean energy transitions. With over 5 years of experience in implementing PMEL systems in the development sector, he is equipped with the skills of designing and facilitating logic models e.g. Theories of Change, designing data and learning systems, conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, and translating evidence into real-time dashboards and actionable reports for adaptive management. Leveraging his MSc in Behaviour Change from University College London, Fajri also seeks to actively apply behaviour change frameworks, such as the COM-B Model and Behaviour Change Wheel, to enable behaviour change within sustainability projects. Prior to WRI Indonesia, Fajri held senior impact roles at GoTo Impact Foundation and Artemis Impact, and was also a People Advisory Consultant at Ernst & Young Indonesia.
