I have graduated from Forestry of University of North Sumatera - Indonesia. I have professional experience more than 20 years and now I work in World Research Institute for Sustainable Coffee Project in Bener Meriah – Aceh. I have specific experience liked Community Development, Supply Chain, Micro Finance, Water and Sanitation, Social Forestry and Corporate Social Responsibility.

I have a specific expertise and experience to conducting activities through community organizing approach and also has a network of good relationships with local government and several local NGOs in Sumatra and then have experience with private sector company. Specific and has experience in several community groups in Sumatra-Indonesia. And I’m familiar for local stake holder mapping and triggering (mapping, transek walk and FGD) and prepare program - plan for Community/villages development activities and private sector company. Identify social economy status for local indigenous Indonesia societies. Facilitated local community for MUSREMBANG Desa and Kecamatan. And familiar with some programs such as auto cad, GPS, google earth and micro soft office.
