Climate Solutions Partnership
Climate Solution Partnership (CSP) is a five-year philanthropic collaboration (2021-2025) to accelerate climate solutions development by integrating HSBC's financial expertise with knowledge and capabilities from WRI, WWF, and its local network.
Aim
This project aims to accelerate a just and affordable transition to a resilient, net zero economy by raising corporate & government ambition, demonstrating efficient and renewable energy solutions, and growing low carbon business and financing opportunities in Asia.

Why
CSP is trying to resolve several challenges within the energy transition ecosystem in Asia to make it just and affordable by scaling up the demand of energy transition through increasing the knowledge of key stakeholders (government, corporations, financial institutions), developing business model and financing scheme for industrial decarbonization, advocating transition-related policies, as well as supporting the development of innovative green power products and its standards for corporations.
How
CSP will support new practices and policies amongst financial institutions, corporations, and within the regulatory environment, conceptualise and demonstrate the business case for new products and models that enable the transition of key sectors, and share learnings across markets to scale solutions for an affordable low carbon economy in Asia.
