Alicia is a Project Operation Specialist at WRI Indonesia. In her day-to-day role, she supports the smooth implementation of projects by ensuring that financial and operational processes are carried out in a timely, compliant, and efficient manner. She collaborates with teams across the organization on budgeting, reporting, and project execution.

Before joining WRI, Alicia built her career in the finance sector with experience in tax accounting, audit, and business process management. She worked in both private companies and public accounting firms, where she handled financial compliance, internal controls, tax reporting, and audits. These experiences provided a strong foundation for her current role in project operations.

Alicia holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Tarumanagara University. She is known for her attention to detail, adaptability, and belief that effective coordination is key to successful project operations.

In her free time, Alicia enjoys cooking, baking, and listening to a wide variety of music. She also has a strong interest in football and culture, and she enjoys exploring how different traditions and perspectives shape the way people work and interact with one another.
