Bunga Karnisa is a Community Coordinator for National Plastic Action Partnership (NPAP) at WRI Indonesia. She is responsible for developing and implementing community engagement strategies for NPAP and RESTORE+ in Indonesia. She has almost three years of experience in managing RESTORE+ crowdsourcing campaigns at the national and sub-national levels.

Prior to WRI, Bunga served as a Participation Analyst intern in The Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Indonesia. She earned a bachelor's degree from Bandung Institute of Technology in 2016.

In her free time, she loves cooking and spending time with her husband and son.
