Desti is GIS assistant for Peatland Restoration Information and Monitoring System (PRIMS) project. She is responsible in spatial data collecting, processing, and analysing to support Peatland Restoration Agency to achieve its target to restore 2 million hectares of degraded peatland area.

Prior to WRI Indonesia, she worked as spatial data analyst in Directorate of Coastal and Small Islands Utilization in Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries for more than 1 year, where she involved in coastal disaster mitigation program particularly abrasion. She received her B.Sc. in Geodesy and Geomatics Engineering in 2017. Her undergraduate thesis focused on SAR data utilization to identify peatland.

She enjoys spending her leisure time with family and close friends, from city-travelling, exploring local cuisine, to reading and watching fictions.
