Novia Zora Hagnas is a Sustainable Supply Chain Analyst at WRI Indonesia, where she works to improve palm oil supply chain traceability and sustainability through the Smallholder Hub program. Her work supports smallholder productivity, supply chain transparency, deforestation & fire risk analysis.

Prior to joining WRI Indonesia, she contributed to Indonesia’s national paddy field mapping project under the Ministry of Agriculture focusing on spatial analysis and as a consultant at an institution focused on research and development in the fields of regional planning, rural development, agribusiness systems, and regional development policy.

Zora holds a Bachelor’s degree in Soil Science and Land Resources Management from IPB University, with research in land cover classification using machine learning. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, doing sport, traveling, and exploring culinary experiences.
