"Adela Damika Putri is an Engagement Assistant for the Energy and Sustainable Business team at WRI Indonesia, where she supports stakeholder engagement and project implementation across clean energy and decarbonization initiatives. In her role, she works closely with government, private sector, and community partners to advance collaborative solutions and strengthen program delivery.

Prior to joining WRI Indonesia, Adela worked at New Energy Nexus Indonesia as a Program Associate, supporting climate innovation programs and startup incubation by coordinating multi-stakeholder engagement, monitoring grants, and delivering capacity-building initiatives. She also gained experience at Danone Indonesia as a Route to Market Intern, contributing to market analysis and regional distribution strategies.

Adela holds a bachelor’s degree in Bioengineering and a master’s degree in Biomanagement from Institut Teknologi Bandung, and is passionate about advancing inclusive and impactful energy transition."
