Bella currently serves as the Urban Mobility Stakeholder Engagement Specialist at WRI Indonesia, where she is responsible for designing strategies and facilitating cross-sector stakeholder engagement. Through her role, Bella ensures effective collaboration between government, civil society, and the private sector to advance sustainable, inclusive, and low-emission urban transport policies.

With over 13 years of experience, Bella has dedicated 12 of those years to the transportation sector after starting her career in insurance. Her expertise spans stakeholder management, the design and implementation of urban transport projects, as well as data management and policy analysis. Throughout her career, she has been involved in several strategic initiatives, including leading the implementation of the UKPACT Phase 1 and Phase 2 programs focusing on transport decarbonization, and conducting in-depth studies on urban housing issues in Jakarta through the Deep Dive Cities project. Prior to joining WRI, Bella embraced remote work long before it became a widespread trend, serving as Data Manager for Indonesia and Community Manager at Trafi Ltd. for six years.

Outside of her professional work, Bella is passionate about preserving Betawi culture through her active involvement in the Abang None Jakarta Theater, enthusiastically introducing local arts and traditions to wider audiences. She also enjoys reading novels and spending quality time with her children during her leisure time. Bella holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on transportation from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), where she later completed a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Marketing. With her academic and professional background, Bella remains committed to championing fair, safe, and environmentally friendly urban transportation systems to improve the quality of life for all.
