Rizky/RJ is currently a Research Project Lead for Climate Adaptation Strategies at World Resources Institute (WRI) Indonesia. He helps in developing and managing research portfolios and multiple projects on forest climate adaptation & food security, sustainable ocean economy, and landscape restoration. He has been leading and supporting research activities and stakeholder engagements on forest, land, and coastal management in Indonesia–in collaboration with various line ministries, NGOs, local government, and multilateral institutions.

RJ holds an MSc in Engineering and Policy Analysis, with years of professional experience in the public sector, natural resources management, and sustainable development - especially in the realm of project management, policy analysis, and socio-economic research. Before his tenure at WRI, Rizky completed multiple research projects on climate and urban development with TU Delft; joined the Innovation & Competitiveness advisory team at Ministry of Education and Culture; and was a community facilitator in Sangihe district, North Sulawesi.

In his leisure time - RJ enjoys music, running, practicing tennis, and exploring street photography.
