Hasna Khadijah is a Climate Analyst at WRI Indonesia. Through the ‘2050 is Now’ initiative, she works closely with local actors at the regional and national levels to develop sustainable and just low-carbon development plans.

Before joining WRI Indonesia, Hasna was involved in several environmental projects and research at the grassroots level, ranging from waste management research in the Kepulauan Seribu, emergency response (sanitation) volunteer work after Cianjur earthquake, project assistant for the development of a Drinking Water Supply System (SPAM), to community development in Black Soldier Fly (BSF) cultivation. During her studies, she enjoyed being a part in communities, holding exhibitions, writing publications, and volunteering.

Hasna holds a bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology. She enjoys writing and reading, watching movies, and meeting new people. She believes that everyone is a teacher and every place is a school.
